Architecturally designed so that every room overlooks the sea, Ocean View Beach House is a spacious
two-story 2800 square-foot house nestled between the beach and a tropical garden. The house comprises four
spacious bedrooms, two en-suite each with a king-sized bed, and two bedrooms each with two queen-sized
beds. The house comfortably sleeps eight people. Southern exposure and an abundance of windows create a
bright and airy home; an open floor plan and high vaulted ceilings accentuate the waterfront lifestyle. In addition
to the beach, the property has a pool and garden, a private dock slip, wi-fi and satellite television - for those who
wish to stay in touch - and an automatic back-up generator. The property is beautifully cared for and is an ideal
home away from home!

Interiors open to deep porches and expansive outdoor lounging areas that look out over
the sea and the rich foliage and swaying palms of the garden. The house is surrounded
by extensive decking, perfect for swimming or sunbathing, taking in views of the Atlantic
Ocean, barbeques or for relaxing over drinks.

Boaters can take advantage of the house's private dock slip behind the house on Nigh Creek.

All linens, towels and beach towels are provided. The house has a fully-fitted kitchen
with utensils and a clothes washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy wifi and satellite television,
TV, DVD and CD players. The house is supported by an automatic back-up generator.

The house is cleaned and the pool and garden tended on a weekly basis. Daily maid
service can be arranged with prior notice.

$5950.00 + 10% tax

50% of the Rental Fee is due upon booking and balance is due 90 days prior to arrival
